JesseRafe one of the hackers account was banned from Twitter.
I am sending you a copy of an email that I sent to the Wikimedia Foundation.
Dear Wikimedia Foundation.
My name is Linda Fletcher. I have been a volunteer Wikipedia content editor for 7 years. Last week I experienced two wikipedians abusing their power using the Wikipedia platform. Their user names are Longchess and Jesserafe.
I found out that JesseRafe is abusing his administration powers with Wikipedia - Wikimedia by altering content of Conrad Tillard an African American of good standing in New York. Tillard recently ran for State Senate in New York City.
Tillard's factual information such as education, and awards were deleted to minimize his achievements right before the August elections.
Damaging content was added making Tillard look like he is antisemitic and anti LGBT. Tillard is being minimized and criminalized. This is the typical racism that African Americans go through. This type of behavior should not be allowed by Wikipedia especially with wikipedia users that have edit control and privileges such as; rollover, patrollers, and vandelism unit.
Content that JesseRafe added brings up controversial issues 25 to 30 years old. Whereas information of the last 25 years to 30 is deleted. If I add any content it is deleted because Longchess and Jessierafe have rollover privileges.
JesseRafe one of the Wikipedians involved did not start adding and removing content on the Conrad Tillard's Wikipedia article until in August of 2022, right before the state senate election in New York City.
In the edit history I noticed that Jesserafe had added extensive edit content in 2021 to Tillard's running opponent's Wikipedia article, Jabari Brisport. The opponent's educational background is on his Wikipedia article.
I found information that JesseRafe has a past history of using Wikipedia to mettle in another candidate's Wikipedia page during an election in Philadelphia in 2014. He was also banned from twitter some years ago. I do not know why JesseRafe was banned from Twitter.

I have been threatened that my editing privileges will be blocked and taken away if I continue to edit on the Tillard Wikipedia article.
As an African American who has contributed to Wikipedia for 7 years, this is appalling. There are very few American American Wikipedia editors.
The Wikipedia editors that have threatened me have rollback privileges, and other control privileges. They can even give privileges to others.
I should be granted the same right to add content to Conrad's Wikipedia article, and not have it deleted.
I have reached out to other Wikipedians, and have gotten no response. This matter needs to be investigated.
Wikimedia foundations claims they have nothing to do with content and that it is taken up with the users. My question is what if the Wikipedia users have privileges and it is obvious that they have preferences and biases.
Content about Conrad's life before being a member of the Nation of Islam is deleted, along with his life after beiing a member of the NOI. Bringing up old issues mostly without any content about his life after the NOI gets deleted. Conrad Tillard has even written a book about his life, and the changes he has made.
This is another case of big tech abuse, but in this case Wikipedia which is a nonprofit.
If Wikipedia Wikimedia is a conclusie format platform it needs to educate the public about Wikipedia's control mechanisms. The ones that know the rules dominate. It is like a nation of its own.
I think this matter needs to be investigated outside of wikipedia's format talk pages, etc.
Isn't it against the law to meddle in an election. I cannot believe that the Wikimedia foundation was no responsibility for content especially in regards to election manipulation using Wikipedia.
Thanking you in advance.
Sincerely,
Linda Fletcher
